For the price we paid, we truly got great value. The room was spotless and we loved the breathtaking view from our spacious balcony. The location right by the sea was unbeatable, and the staff was always friendly and helpful.

The morning meal could have been improved with a better variety of options.

Hotel is located near the sea, beautiful view from the balcony of the sea, a cozy great room, large and comfortable bathroom, excellent service. Well thought through system with a card (for opening doors, for working lights and air condition). The room has a safe. The sea around the hotel, as a whole in that area - very clean. Sun from 7 am to 3-4 pm. The hotel breakfast - Buffet breakfast is included. Additionally, we booked dinner (also Buffet breakfast), 9 Euro per person. The hotel has an indoor and two outdoor pools, several restaurants. That evening was the entertainment. Overall, we enjoyed stay in this hotel.

Uniform food during a buffet breakfest - day after day almost nothing changed. Very high prices for drinks in the room. Daily cocktails wants to be better. There was not a pleasant smell in the room with an indoor pool. Hotel can be attributed to class hotels for older people.

This hotel has a fantastic location right by the seaside, offering great views and easy access to the sea. The rooms are spacious, clean, and come with a good level of daily service. The breakfast and dinner buffet options offer plenty of choice, including salads, pizza, meat, and vegetarian options. Guests can enjoy the indoor and outdoor pool facilities and free sunbeds. The town of Lovran is small and nice, with some historic buildings and free access points to coves and rocky plateau along the Lungomare.

Some guests have reported loud music by the pool in the afternoon, which can be disturbing for those wanting to relax or nap.

Proximity to the ocean and the boardwalk

Getting quite tired now, painting, decor, furnishings etc. Also lifts were a problem. Not enough of them for a hotel of this size. At peak times u could wait an eternity as they took a long time to come and were quite often full.

I was surprised at how nice this hotel is for the price. It almost felt like someone made a mistake. I've been puttering around Europe for two months now and my stay here might be the highlight of the trip. Breakfast was included and it's great. I highly recommend this hotel

Seems like most hotels provide free WiFi these days.... This one charges quite a lot and it's only available in the lobby.

wonderful and silent place with exceptional staff and marvellous location by the sea. excellent service, parking on-site. location near to nice walking path and nice restaurants and cafe, nice walking path to several beaches.

Well furnished and well-equipped room, everything was really good. The restaurant was lovely for breakfast and dinner, I tried tasty dishes. The view was exceptional, the bed was large. I had very good days staying at this pet-friendly hotel...

The location is unbeatable and stunning, at walking distance from Lovran Old Town. Staff is super friendly and hospitable and you can park your car on site.

The hotel was beautifully restored, I loved its very friendly staff. The place had a family atmosphere. Comforts of brand-new room with nice view were fabulous. The food was good and served in the restaurant. The location was perfect and beautiful, close to Lovran Harbour. Have stayed here many times and would happily return😃😀

Hotel as a whole is fully equipped and silent, I loved it.

The room is modern, well furnished comes with super comfortable bed, water for baby's tea plus baby's tea. The breakfast is good with lots of things to eat and drink.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel by the sea. The location is absolutely perfect, with a stunning view from my room's balcony. The room itself was clean and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds for a restful night's sleep. The staff was incredibly helpful and always greeted me with a smile. I also enjoyed the delicious buffet-style breakfast and dinner, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. the service was fast and efficient, creating a truly enjoyable experience.

We had booked a week in a Superior Seaside Double Room and were upgraded to a suite: very big balcony, wonderful view of the islands, quiet (except for a little music at night which did not go on too late). The suite has a living room with sofas and dining table, a separate bedroom with twin beds, 2 full bathrooms (1 tub, 1 shower), sufficient closet and drawer space. Two desks and plenty of electric outlets. Internet available via paid voucher system and ethernet cable. The (paid) underground garage is very convenient.

All negatives are relatively minor, and would not prevent our staying here again... At certain hours there can be a very long wait for the lift. I would have expected better quality pillows (very soft and thin) and bed linens (the bottom sheet is so small it cannot stay tucked in, and you find yourself sleeping on the bare mattress). The hairdryer is the old-fashioned tube type without handle (so you burn your fingers after a couple of minutes of use) and not at all appropriate for styling your hair (women: bring your own!). The shower stall was tiny, with part of the already limited space used up by a jet system which didn't even work well. During our one week stay, there was no replenishing of soap or shampoo.

We got a last minute deal and booked a suite. Room was very spacious, with 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. Breakfast was ok.

Very dated hotel. It needs to be modernized! Outdoor swimming pool was a little dirty. Cocktails were not great.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel on our romantic escape. the breakfast and dinner had great variety, and were really good, and the spacious and clean room had a great sea view. the location was perfect for us as it was close to the city centre and the Lungomare promenade, which was just a beautiful and comfortable walk away. the pool and beach were also very nice and added to our great experience.

The loud music at night. Even though we had a relaxing time during the day, the music in the evening was loud and had us scrambling for some quiet in our room.
